It has been 50 years since Alcatraz was home to America's most notorious criminals. This year, for the fourth and final time, 64 of the toughest international street ballers gathered on one of the world's most iconic and recognizable locations for the Red Bull King of the Rock Finals before the one-on-one basketball competition heads to Taiwan. The young players from 16 men's and 16 women's national teams - and united by the excitement of basketball - will have the opportunity to be part of a diverse community, sharing experiences with people of the same age group from different cultures and backgrounds

Here are the countries that qualified and will compete in the 2016 FIBA U17 World Championships for Men and Women:

Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

1. Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

Curry Hits 41
Stephen Curry explodes for 41 points with 13 rebounds to lead Golden State over Orlando.
An uncharacteristic performance in a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers Sunday kicked off an interesting week for the man who is threatening to go wire to wire in the No. 1 spot on this list. Curry shot just 6-for-20 (including a hideous 1-for-10 showing on 3-pointers) and finished with 18 points, six rebounds and four assists in that matchup against the Lakers. But he bounced back the next night with a 41-point barrage in a win over the Orlando Magic that saw him shoot 58 percent (14-for-24) overall, 53 percent (7-for-13) on 3-pointers while notching 13 rebounds, four steals and three assists. Then on Wednesday he shot just 4-for-12 from the floor (3-for-9 from deep), finishing with 12 points, 10 assists, three rebounds and three steals in a win against the Utah Jazz.

Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City Thunder

Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City Thunder

Durant's Big Night In Milwaukee
See highlights from Kevin Durant's 32 point night against the Bucks.
No team needed a signature win this week worse than Durant and his Thunder. And they delivered with Wednesday's 120-108 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. It wasn't the same as a win over the Golden State Warriors or San Antonio Spurs, but it's a start. Durant roasted the Clippers for 30 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists as he continued a wicked stretch that has seen him pile up points and rebounds (30.2 and 11.2, respectively, over his last five games) as well as turnovers (5.6 during that same stretch). Durant has scored at least 25 points, grabbed at least 10 rebounds and dished out at least seven assists in seven straight games heading into tonight's home game against Minnesota (8 ET, NBA League Pass).

LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers

Hello!

About LeBron James
LeBron Lets Loose
J.R. Smith lays the dish off the backboard, and LeBron James hammers home the left-handed slam.
LeBron made sure to check both boxes in his final tilt against Kobe Bryant and the Lakers Thursday night at Staples Center. He dazzled the crowd, as usual, with highlight reel plays during his 24-point, seven-assist, five-rebound, two-block night while also making sure his Cavaliers didn't fall victim to an energized Lakers team that popped the Golden State Warriors last Sunday in their final game against Kobe. As much as the past few weeks have been about deciphering cryptic tweets and whatever other messages he's tried to communicate to his teammates (and perhaps even his fans), the Cavaliers' four-game Western Conference road trip is about LeBron fine-tuning things as he prepares for another playoff run while helping his team find its identity.
